Just updated to firmware 4.15 for RS150B. Was working fine playing Tidal and RoseTube moments earlier. I read from another support post that I need to re-install apps. Re-installed RoseTube, works fine. Re-installed Tidal, a message said BLOCKED due to robot or unusual. I did submit response on message but it is frustrating.
Why did Hifi Rose firmware update deleted prior saved settings and apps? This obviously caused other app issues shared above. Please help. Thank you.
In this update, both Tidal and Qobuz apply a new login method according to the streaming company's requirements, causing the inconvenience of having to log in again.
We are currently consulting with Tidal and Qobuz to resolve the issue.
Just an update for others who experienced the same error message blocked by Tidal (can’t speak for Qobuz), I factory reset the RS150B and re login, that took care of the issue. You do have to re-select your previous saved preferences.
