Hi there.  I have connected my Rose RS250 to the McIntosh MA352 integrated amplifier with a pair of Dynaudio Heritage Special speakers.  I'm using Audioquest speaker cables.  For some reason the volume coming from the speakers is very low, even when I turn the volume up on the amplifier to 90%+.  Can you suggest why this may be?  I have the Rose volume set to variable, but at 99 which is the same as fixed. Do you have any suggestions for other settings or how I could trouble-shoot this?  Thank you very much!
