1. What Rose device model are you using?
2. Is your external DAC not recognized by the Rose device after the latest update?
3. Is it not recognized even if I change and connect another USB port?
4. It seems that a problem occurred during the update. Can you try factory reset?
Rose device-->Settings-->System Settings-->Factory reset
If this doesn't work even after trying this, please reply.
Hello ,
1. I am using Rose 150B
2. Last update was over 1 month, it was the first time to use the USB output port yesterday .
3.The Rose still cannot recognize the DAC even change to another USB port .
4. It is a bit time consuming to input many thing to reset the Rose like setting , password....etc .
5. My friend has a Rose 150 too . he said he had the same problem previously & he send it to the dealer to fix it . So should I send the Rose to your dealer too ?
I just use a USB cable to connect the Rose & Lampizator DAC , but The Rose cannot detect the DAC , what's wrong with it . Can you help me ?
