Hello! Is it possible to fix the volume level at “99” when using the Rose 250 as a streamer/dac only (ie: NOT as a preamp)? This way the volume will not change if one accidentally uses the volume knob on the front of the unit or ion the app.

I'm not sure if you're trying to use the DAC in RS250 or not..
If you use analog outputs from RS250, you can fix the volume at 99. (Pre-out level settings)
IF you use digital outputs from RS250, you can not fix the volume.
