RoseConnect app–>Settings–>My page–>Find ID/PW will send a temporary password to your email.
If the above fails, we will ask the server team to forcefully send you a temporary password.
Please send me your Rose account e-mail ID to my e-mail below. eunseong96@citech.kr
If you would like to change the password of your Rose account, please follow the steps below.
Enter the new password in RoseConnect app-->Settings-->My page-->Edit-->Change password and click Complete at the top right.
You only need to enter your new password once, so please enter it carefully.
