Keep getting dropped connections for no apparent reason. It randomly reconnects then drops, been happening all day. Running Android and the 150. Tried reinstalling etc. nothing works. Please help, very frustrating!
If the connection between the RoseConnect app and RS150 is not smooth, the versions of your RoseConnect app and RS150 must both be up to date. P
lease tell us the version information of your RoseConnect app and RS150.
RS150-->Settings-->System info-->System version information
RoseConnect app-->Settings-->Rose version information-->RoseConnect app version
If the connection is continuously disconnected even though the RS150 version information is displayed as 4.15 (official) and the RoseCoonect app version is displayed as (Official) 4.15.12.5, it may be because the network condition is not smooth.
Does the same phenomenon occur after rebooting or resetting the router?
