1. What Rose device model do you use?
2. If you use RS150b, RS130, or RS520, a USB dongle must be connected. Is it properly connected to the Rose device rear?
3. If Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is not detected even though the USB dongle is connected, the USB dongle may need to be replaced.
Please contact the distributor in the country where you purchased your Rose device and request a new USB dongle.
the streamer cannot find WiFi.
WiFi connection is good and stable on all my other devices
device was reset again.
None of my devices are recognized via Bluetooth either.
Ethernet is not possible for me
Does anyone have advice for me ?
