General.Auto shutdown when using CD player/ripper

Hi, 

My RS150, after upgrade new version, when connected usb CD rom (rose CDrom) to RS150 and start apps (CD player/ripper), the RS150 is auto shutdown.

If any ideas about the issue? Thx

Hello,

1. What's your current ROSE OS version on RS150?
RS150 > Settings > System Info > system version info > view detail > ROSE OS version

2. Have you tried factory reset?
RS150 > Settings > System Settings > Factory Reset

3. Does the issue happen everytime you try? Or sometimes?

2.) no try factory rest
3.) Yes, everytime, when start the apps, it seem no response and then RS150 auto shutdown
