RSA-780E: I put a CD in that my RS150B doesn’t like, so it keeps throwing me out of CD Play mode and back into the main screen. I’m sure it’s just an incompatible format, that’s not the problem… the problem is that the CD is stuck in the 780E and will not come out no matter what I try. Ejecting from the RS150 doesn’t work because I can’t stay in CD play mode longer than like 2 seconds, and the pinhole release at the front of the unit is not working at all. Please help.
There are two ways to eject when RS150B and RSA780E are connected. And another way is to connect it to a PC and eject it.
1. If you look at the screen at the top center of RS150B, there is an eject icon. This is a way to eject by pressing the button.
2. There is a small hole on the left side of the front of the RSA780E. You can eject by inserting a thin tool like a needle into the hole.
3. There is a method of ejecting from the PC by connecting the RSA780E to the PC.
If you have tried all three of the above and the ejection does not work, you will have to contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the RSA780 for repair.
