General.Volume went to the maximum when I tried to turn down the volume

I was trying to turn down the volume and the volume started to go up on its own, it was originally at 40 and within 5 seconds reached 100%, almost blowing up my speakers. I ran and powered off the amps. Is this a know bug or do I have a faulty unit?

Do you have such symptoms when you adjust the volume through the BT remote control?
If so, try replace the remote control battery with a new one.

If you experience these symptoms when adjusting the volume on the Rose device, you should contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the Rose device and ask for AS.
