My rs150b keeps switching off on its own. Whether I play music or not. Also sometimes after turning it on, I am unable to find or connect to the device through spotify connect or airplay.
I tried the following already, which haven’t worked:
- checking the power connection and changing the power source
- updating to latest software version
- doing a factory reset
- re installing rose connect app on my IOS
Please, does anyone have ideas on what could be causing this and how to fix it?
1. Can I know the connection status between your device and Hi-Fi Rose device?
2. Have you connected a total of 4 pairs of speakers with L/R?
3. Did you notice any symptoms after the latest update? Or have you had these symptoms since you first used it?
