Just want to know the Rose 150B fuse is fast or slow blow ?

Hello

The fuse applied to RS150B is a slow blow type.
The standard of RS150B fuse is 20mm / 3A.

I just inspect the fuse inside my 150B , why it labels 3.15A ?
