I’ve the same problem if i Use the TV screen and at the sametime imy homecinéma SR7015 Marantz, The image also stutters, and many video and this is the same problem if I use an external hard disk.
And to see video with rose tube i've a message "video failed, please comeback later" or something like that
I didn't understand your question exactly. Please check a few things.
1. Are you trying to watch the video played on the RS250a on the TV via HDMI?
2. Is it a problem that a still image (thumbnail of a video) appears on the TV when you try to watch a video on the TV with RS250a?
If so, change TV OFF to ON at the top right of the video playback screen on RS250a.
If the video of RoseTube does not play, please check the following.
1. Check if RS250a-->RoseStore-->RoseTube is updated to the latest version.
2. RS250a-->Settings-->System settings-->Factory reset, please check if the same symptom appears.
