When I am using the search function in the rose app, the window keeps loading irratic and I am unable to select anything. reinstalling the app on my iPad and iPhone did not solve the problem. I doesn’t matter whether I want to select music on Qobuz or rosetube, the app keeps loading an behaving irratic. Any advice or fix? thank you in advance.!
Please check a few things.
1. This problem may occur among those who do not currently have Tidal installed on the iOS RoseConnect app. Please install Tidal from RoseStore.
2. If Tidal is installed, are you logged in? If you are logged in, please log out and log in again.
3. Please delete Tidal from RoseStore and download it again.

I am not a tidal user, I use Qobuz.
Is there a fix without using Tidal?
I will try to install Tidal.
I did go back to factory reset and installed all the apps again, but this time without Tidal (and the radio apps etc etc) just the apps I use. It seems better now.
Is the problem just with Tidal? (Or the absence of Tidal?)
