General.Rip CD

I use Buffalo BRXL-PT6U2VB to play CD and it's ok. But when i use it to rip CD, it only rip to 7% and then it stop. What I can do?

Is there any error message? Or does the product just stop?

No error message, it displayed 7% on the screen for few hours. When I access the folder, no file was found

Hello, it''s a rare case..
Is your RS201 the last version? (You can check your system version in SETTINGS - systeminfo)
Also, can you tell me what's the CD you ripped?
