I have lost my credentials - so I'm trying to sign up with a new account. Everytime I try I get the message "Pleas try again (SMCN)". My chosen nickname is available. Any idea how to solve this? Thanks a lot!
I have same problem and it's INFURIATING. I've tried NUMEROUS nicknames and each time it tells me it's a duplicate which it CLEARLY isn't. Please sort this out as it's really frustrating. I have an RS520 and I've still not been able to access internet radio or other services two days after purchase
I have the same problem, not able to sing in or sign up, and also unable to play apple music with an error message "Access Token renewal Failed" this started to happen after an update at the end of March on my both rs 520 and rs 250a. This is very frustrating after paying the huge amount both the devices are left with partial functionality and what even more frustrating is lack of tech support.
