Despite updates , bluetooth is still malfunctioning. Hard to pair, hard to connect, unaible to pair some new device. What's wrong , on software or hardware side ?

1. What Rose device do you use?
2. If you use RS150b, RS520, or RS130, you can improve by replacing the Bluetooth dongle.
Please request a new BT dongle from the distributor you purchased your Rose device from.
3. Are you having trouble connecting with something via Bluetooth? remote control, cell phone, etc.
4. After factory reset in the settings of your Rose device, connect to the network and update the app in the Rose Store.
If the same symptom still appears, there may be a problem with the combo module that manages WiFi/BT inside the device.
If BT is too unstable, please contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the Rose device.
