Hello, this is HiFiRose.
We have two kinds of accounts.

1. ROSE product + APP account
2. Homepage account

Please check if you have entered the proper account.

If you still can not login, please let me know your account information.

When I add new albums or tracks to the external drive connected to the 201e the rescanned titles are not automatically updated on the Premium Rose app. Is the only option to delete the app and reinstall so that the collection is updated?
