Hi there,

just bought RS201E. Connection to network both LAN or WIFI works no problem. Radio works.

BUT both on my Ipad or my Iphone the app Roseconnect does not find the device. All in the same network no issues.

What am I missing??

Use The Rose connect premium app instead. It’s the one that previews in Korean but English language is also available in the app.

Just like Chinho80 said, please check if you downloaded ROSE Connect Premium.

RoseConnect Premium is for RS201, RS150 series.
RoseConnect is for RS301, RS350 series.
