When connecting a cd player as a transport via digital audio coaxial or optical into the input of my HIFI Rose rs250, I’m experiencing intermittent static noises/pops/ticks. I do not have this issue when streaming directly from the rs250. I have swapped out 3 cd players and 3 sets of coaxial cables as well as 2 different sets of optical cables. Same issue persists. I’m looking for any advice I can get on this issue. Thanks

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please confirm one thing.
Please connect the TV and RS250 via optical cable on the TV.
If the sound output from the TV also produces noise, you may need to contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the RS250 for repairs.
However, if the sound sounds normal when the TV and RS250 are connected via optical cable, the problem may be with your CD player.
