I purchased an RS250. I have registered in https://www.hifirose.com /. Registered the purchased equipment. When registering an account and RS250 did not receive any letter to your email address. I can log in to my personal account and that's it. On RS250 I can't log ROSE Tube and ROSE Home. The device requires email and password. After entering them, it does not find me in the registration. My actions?
