I am a new owner of ROSE RS-250. I use a MacMini as a ROON-CORE. It is connected to my Rose RS-250 by USB cable.

When I play music on the Roon software, after 1-2 minutes, the music stops. It seems that the Roon output choice is dropped. I have used this setup with other high quality Dac/Streamers and do not have this issue.

I would like to ask you a few questions regarding this issue.

1. If you have a different USB cable, does the same problem appear even if you change the cable?
2. If it is the same, is there a specific sound source where this phenomenon appears? Or does it appear in all music sources?
3. After deleting Roon installed on MacMini, try install again.
